Kevn Minnick: Executive Chef/Owner
I was raised outside Dayton Ohio where I lived for 15 years and moved to Quincy in 1997 after I completed high school. I received a BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in ceramics from Oklahoma State University in 2003. I was married to the love of my life Hilary and our amazing son Judson Bond was born June 24th of 2008. I first started working in restaurants at the age of 16. From then I have had many job duties from bussing tables to dishwashing to serving and bartending. I first started cooking “professionally” in 2006 under Michael Mitchell at the Busy Bistro. After a couple years I accepted a position as the Executive Chef at Tony’s Too in the new Holiday Inn. Finally in July of 2011 I opened my first restaurant The Maine Course located at 626 Maine St.
